Refund policy

• Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, dust bag, and packaging must be included.
  
• A proper unboxing video from start to end is mandatory — no cuts, no edits.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
• Size exchanges are available on eligible pieces.
• Courier charges for size exchanges are paid by the customer.
• If a damaged or incorrect product is reported within 24 hours with a valid unboxing video, MANDOUK bears the courier charges for the exchange.
• All eligible returns are settled as store credit, not cash.
• To initiate a return, a return pickup fee starting from ₹150 applies. It may vary by pincode, courier availability, and number of items.
• Once your return is received and passes quality inspection, the remaining eligible amount is issued as store credit or a special discount coupon for future purchases.
• COD processing charges are non-refundable.
• Store credit or coupons are issued only after the item is received and verified.
